Ride Report: Sunset blvd, Revok, and the 35 minute beach to Staples run...
The moon was nearly full tonight. It seemed like we were either chasing it or it was chasing us. We rolled Hollywood Blvd. to Sunset into Beverly Hills, left on Hilgard and a nice rolling downhill that takes you into Westwood destination the federal building. After a spin to the beach we headed due south to the Venice Pier to grab some refreshments at the market and take a smoke break.
Next stop... the Magic Johnson statue at Staples Center via Washington Blvd. We rolled it in 35 minutes. Shout out to Brian from Wisconsin who read about the ride and brought his bike out to experience it.
Bonus Track: At the end of the night as we were gathered at the wall at Tang's we spotted some shadowy figures climbing a store front across Sunset... They were making their way up to a giant billboard high above. One of them approached us and I suddenly realized it was Revok MSK. We watched as his crew mates blessed that billboard proper....
